The Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) program at the University of New Haven prepare individuals to become service-oriented business owners and operators with an emphasis on the development of the knowledge and skills essential for the modern international hospitality manager. Our exciting curriculum is hands-on and theoretical, allowing our students to become the best in the field. The 100% student operated Hazell Nut Café, teaches our students how to successfully own and operate their own hospitality business. We personally advise and mentor each student.
